JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purpose of the position
- Carry out tasks related to banking and accounting and ensure the accuracy, completeness of data, documents and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and the Management Board in order to accomplish the overall goals of the Company. - Responsibilities
- Work with domestic and foreign credit institutions- Manage cash flow, bank limit- Perform transactions with the Bank such as opening accounts, unc, depositing, withdrawing checks,...
- Enter bank data into company's internal software
- Prepare documents and monitoring loan disbursement, opening guarantee, opening domestic LC
- Report to the company's Board
- Document management in accordance with company regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education/professional qualifications
- Graduated from an University, majoringin accounting
- Knowledge of investment projects
2. Experience
- At least 01 year working in accounting or finance; ideally having experiences in dealing with banks
3. Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication, being able to form trust-based relationships;
- Great at team work and problem solving
- Ability to suggest initiatives to improve work efficiency
- Proficient in office/finance software.
- Being able to work under pressure;
- Fully comply with regulations with strong work ethics;
